The visual inspection of grey and finished fabric is conducted according to 4 point (Demerit Point) system. Our quality control procedures are on the guidelines of ISO 9000 and OEKO TEX standards. We are well equipped to verify and control at every phase of the production.
Adil Tahir Textiles shows significant concern and sensitivity towards environmental issues by using the most advanced Waste Water Treatment Plant and non hazardous chemicals. Our environmental safety system makes sure that all dyes and chemicals used in the production process must not contain any harmful substance. This plant process is to abolish all poisonous chemicals from the waste water and removal of biological sludge. Before drain of this waste water into city drainage we make certain that water is now according to environmental quality standards. For these efforts, Adil Tahir Textiles has been certificated with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
